- Orders worth under £1000 - payment must be made prior to delivery.

Approved Credit Accounts - Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date. Note: prompt payment surcharge of 3% may be added to orders. In the event of payment being made within the above terms, this can be deducted.
Humberside Fisheries reserve the right to charge 3% monthly on overdue accounts.It is a condition of contract between Humberside Fisheries and credit customers that this condition is accepted. All fish remain the property of Humberside Fisheries until paid for in full.
Ornamental and Coarse Fish_ All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the ruling standard rate.
Trout_ There is no VAT on sales of Trout.
N.B. Environment Agency Section 30 Consents
All fish are sold subject to acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as printed , and (fish for angling waters) on the understanding that permission from the Environment Agency Fisheries Department has been sought and has been granted, in writting. All restocking customers are advised to seek section 30 consent at the time of placing orders. Humberside Fisheries will be pleased to assist in completing Section 30 application forms.

The contract between Humberside Fisheries and the customer is to supply fish to the site only. It is not part of Humberside Fisheries staff's duties to introduce fish into waters. Staff will however, be pleased to assist if requested, on the understanding that the customer is in receipt of Section 30 written permission.
All fish are offered subject to availability. The prorietors reserve the right to offer fish of the next available size, if it should be necessary.
Ordering
In general, smaller fish are sold by numbers according to size, but larger fish are sold by weight. This minimises handling and ensures that your fish stay in the best possible condition. All orders are however guaranteed and dispatched by weight; and the correct number/weight ratio calculated. The correct weight of fish is then dispatched.
When ordering, state species, size and numbers, or weight of fish required. Also include contact telephone numbers, where you or a club member can be contacted quickly.
Other Services
We have trained netting staff available, and can net your water to remove unwanted fish, which we will pay top prices for fish we remove.
We can advise on management of your water, or creating new fisheries. We have been advising for fourty years!
